Students may access the media center throughout the day. Library class time every Wednesday for K-6. Library time for 4-year-old preschool each Friday. Books are checked out for ???? week time periods but may be returned early.
Library Check-out Time: 8-8:15am

Technology @SKD
At SKD, our goal is to integrate technology into the classroom lives of students and teachers
alike. Technology should drive students to more complex tasks and take them beyond the
classroom walls to explore the world at large. They learn to be savvy consumers of digital
media and interact in a responsible manner online. As a 21st century digital citizen, students
learn not only to use, create, and innovate, but to do so in a manner that reflects positively with others. From kindergarten to sixth grade, students stretch their skills in a variety of applications (see specific grade level for list) while using equipment like iPads, Chromebooks, and iMac desktops.
